High Gain Antenna for the XC pilot

We are just finishing up the development of a simple, effective antenna for the cross country pilot. This antenna is custom tuned for whatever frequency you choose. It is a very light-weight wire type antenna that is deployed after launch, and simply hangs below the pilot. Our measurements indicate significant gain over a standard "rubber duck" antenna in free space (about 6db). This inexpensive antenna will SIGNIFICANTLY increase your range of communications and signal clarity.
