Glidercom is committed to providing paragliding and hang gliding pilots with unique and innovative communications products, weather instruments and anything else to help enhance the safety and enjoyment of our sport. As Glidercom's founder, I have a 30 year background in communications and electronics. I am an avid Ham Radio Operator, Communications Unit Leader for a State incident management team, and Fire Chief/Communications Director for a small rural fire department. I also love to fly, and started paragliding back in the early 1990's and skydiving back in the early 1980's.

Sales and Return Policies
All our products carry a minimum one year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Some products, like our line of radio harnesses and gear bags carry a lifetime warranty. This warranty policy does not cover incidental damage caused by the user such as tears or rips in fabric, wires or cables that are cut, damaged, chewed etc. In many cases, however, damage of this type can be repaired for a nominal fee.
If you order an item and you are not satisfied with the product, please let us know immediately. We will make arrangements for you to return the item and issue a refund. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
Our standard is to ship an order within one business day of receipt. If an item is backordered or there will be some other delay, we will inform you of this. If such a delay is unacceptable to you, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be given.
Sport aviation activities carry significant risks. The buyer must determine the suitability of any Glidercom product for his/her use in sport aviation activities. As a condition of purchase for Glidercom products, the buyer assumes all risks.
